Structural Stamping
Overview
Engineered to deliver superior cockpit structural support and enhanced occupant safety, our Cross Car Beam components are developed for high-strength performance in modern vehicle interiors.
Our manufacturing capabilities include cross car beams, aluminum brackets, steel brackets, tube parts, and precision cold stamping components designed for optimal rigidity, lightweight integration, and assembly efficiency across automotive platforms.
Utilizing advanced stamping, spot welding, and arc welding technologies, we ensure dimensional accuracy, structural durability, and consistent quality throughout high-volume production. Each component is engineered to meet demanding load-bearing and vibration-resistance requirements while supporting streamlined vehicle architecture and modular dashboard integration.
- High-strength-to-weight ratio for EV efficiency.
- Dimensional stability within ±0.05mm.
- ISO/IATF 16949 compliant manufacturing.
Manufacturing Process
- 3D Design & CAE Simulation: stiffness, collision, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) analysis
- Tooling & Fixture Design: stamping dies, extrusion molds, welding fixtures, inspection jigs.
- Steel tubes: cutting to required dimensions
- Sheet metal stamping: reinforcement ribs, ECU brackets, airbag brackets, etc.
- Bending/Forming: CNC bending and hydraulic pressing for shaping
- CNC turning & milling: machining holes, slots, and bolt features
- Fixture assembly: positioning tube and sheet components
- Robotic welding: ensuring high accuracy and productivity
- MIG/MAG, spot, or laser welding: forming the main structural frame
- Cleaning and degreasing
- Powder coating or color painting according to OEM requirements
- Zinc plating / ED coating (electrophoretic coating) for corrosion protection
