Overview

AUTOMECH manufactures motorcycle frame assemblies using tube laser cutting, sheet metal stamping, and robotic MIG/MAG welding. Individual components are processed, inspected, and welded into complete assemblies according to defined production processes.

Our product range includes left and right sub-tube assemblies and a swingarm bracket assembly. Dedicated checking fixtures are used to verify component and finished assembly conformity before and after welding.

Key Benefits
  • Integrated manufacturing of tubular and sheet metal components.
  • Robotic MIG/MAG welding for consistent assembly quality.
  • Dedicated fixture inspection at component and finished assembly stages.

Manufacturing Process

01
Material Preparation
Receiving materials and semi-finished parts for component manufacturing.
  • Material receiving: tubes and sheet metal for component production.
  • Semi-finished parts receiving: supplied components required for each assembly.
02
Component Manufacturing
Cutting, forming, and inspecting individual components before welding.
  • Tube laser cutting: cutting tubular components to the required geometry.
  • Sheet metal processing: blanking, profile cutting, punching, and press forming.
  • Additional processing: sawing and deburring where required.
  • Component inspection: checking semi-finished parts using dedicated fixtures.
03
Assembly & Welding
Joining tubular and sheet metal components into complete assemblies.
  • Nut welding: welding M6 nuts onto designated components.
  • Robotic MIG/MAG welding: joining individual components into assemblies.
  • Manual welding and finishing: completing designated welds and grinding as required.
04
Inspection & Packaging
Final assembly inspection, protective packaging, and warehouse storage.
  • Final inspection: checking completed assemblies using dedicated fixtures.
  • Product protection and packaging: preparing inspected assemblies for handling and storage.
  • Warehouse storage: transferring packaged products to finished goods inventory.
